On the sign-in screen, fill in the Email and Password fields with your store account details. If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password? below the form, enter your email and click Send reset link — a reset link is sent to that address. 在登录界面的 Email 和 Password 两个字段中输入你的店铺账号信息。如果忘记了密码,点击表单下方的 Forgot password?,输入邮箱后点击 Send reset link,系统会向该邮箱发送一封重置密码的邮件。

You'll land on your Dashboard. There's a line under your store's name reading "Signed in as" — worth knowing before you rely on it: as verified against the shipped code, it currently displays the literal text store_user for every account, whether you're admin or sales, so it never actually tells you which one you are. The reliable way to check is what you can see: if Settings appears in your sidebar (see below), you're admin. 登录后会进入 Dashboard。店铺名称下方有一行文字写着 "Signed in as"——但在依赖它之前有一点需要说明:经过对照实际代码核实,目前无论账号是 admin 还是 sales,这里始终显示 store_user 这几个字,并不能真正告诉你当前是哪个角色。可靠的判断方法是看你实际能看到什么:如果侧边栏里有 Settings(见下文),说明你是 admin。
Click Sign out when you're done 结束使用时点击 Sign out
The Sign out button sits in the top-right corner of every screen once you're signed in. 登录后,Sign out 按钮始终位于每个页面的右上角。
Every Aura Trade store account is admin or sales — the console doesn't give either one a friendlier on-screen name yet, so those are the exact words you'll see (except on the Dashboard's own role line, which isn't reliable — see above). Both roles can build and run a quote day-to-day, right through to Confirmed and beyond. Here is exactly where the two differ. 每个 Aura Trade 店铺账号都是 admin 或 sales 之一——目前系统还没有为这两个角色起一个更友好的显示名称,所以界面上出现的就是这两个词本身(Dashboard 那行角色文字除外——如上文所述,它并不可靠)。两种角色都可以在日常工作中制作并推进报价单,一路做到 Confirmed 及之后的阶段。以下是两者具体的区别。
Settings is admin-only Settings 仅限 admin
A sales account doesn't see Settings in the sidebar at all — the item is hidden. Settings holds your store's identity and bank details for printed documents (Store profile), your own retail pricing inputs used when quoting (Curtain settings), and a permanent record of quotes hidden, restored or force-changed (Activity log). Opening it directly, rather than via the sidebar, is refused too, with a "Settings are admin-only" message — there's no back door. If you're sales and need something changed here, ask an admin on your account. sales 账号在侧边栏中完全看不到 Settings 这一项——它被隐藏了。Settings 中包含你店铺用于打印单据的身份与银行信息(Store profile)、用于报价的零售定价参数(Curtain settings),以及一份永久记录——哪些报价单被隐藏、恢复或强制变更过(Activity log)。就算不通过侧边栏、直接尝试打开这个页面,也会被拒绝并显示 "Settings are admin-only" 的提示——没有后门可走。如果你是 sales 账号并且需要变更这里的内容,请联系账号内的 admin。
Costs is admin-only Costs 仅限 admin
On an order's detail page, the Costs button only appears for admin — it opens a read-only breakdown of that order's own cost figures. A sales account doesn't see the button at all. 在订单详情页,只有 admin 才能看到 Costs 按钮——点击后会打开该订单成本数据的只读明细。sales 账号完全看不到这个按钮。
Show hidden quotes is admin-only Show hidden quotes 仅限 admin
Either role can hide a quote while it's still Draft or Quoted (the Delete button on its detail page — this removes it from the normal list, it doesn't destroy it). Only admin can bring hidden quotes back into view: the Show hidden quotes button on the Orders list, and the Restore button next to each row it reveals, are both admin-only. 无论 admin 还是 sales,只要报价单还处于 Draft 或 Quoted 阶段,都可以将其隐藏(订单详情页上的 Delete 按钮——这只是把它从常规列表中移除,并不会真正删除)。但只有 admin 才能把隐藏的报价单重新显示出来:Orders 列表上的 Show hidden quotes 按钮,以及它显示出的每一行旁边的 Restore 按钮,都仅限 admin 使用。
Forcing an order's stage directly is admin-only 直接强制变更订单阶段仅限 admin
Every order shows its progress as a strip of stages at the top of its editor. For admin only, each stage in that strip is clickable — clicking one jumps the order straight to it, bypassing the normal checks. It's an override for exceptions, not a step in the normal flow; a sales account sees the same strip with nothing to click. 每个订单在其编辑页顶部都会显示一条阶段进度条。只有 admin 可以点击其中的任意阶段——点击后订单会直接跳转到那个阶段,跳过正常的检查条件。这是用于处理特殊情况的强制手段,并非正常流程中的一步;sales 账号看到的是同一条进度条,但点击不会有任何反应。
Everything else is open to both 其余操作两种角色都可以做
Adding and pricing items, printing a quote or invoice, recording payments, confirming an order, and tracking it through dispatch to Completed are all available to admin and sales alike. Day-to-day quoting is not restricted by role. 添加并计价商品项、打印报价单或发票、记录收款、确认订单,以及一路跟踪到 Dispatched 直至 Completed——这些操作 admin 和 sales 都可以执行。日常的报价与订单工作并不区分角色。
