Your sidebar has five items — four that every signed-in account sees, and one (Settings) that only admin sees. Here's what each one is for. 你的侧边栏一共有五个菜单项——其中四个所有登录账号都能看到,另外一个(Settings)只有 admin 能看到。以下逐一说明每一项的作用。
Dashboard Dashboard(仪表盘)
Names your store, shows a "Signed in as" line (see Signing in, and what your role can do for a caveat on reading it), and gives a live count of your quotes at each stage plus a table of the most recently updated ones. The + New quote button here starts a new one. 显示你的店铺名称,以及一行 "Signed in as" 文字(阅读它之前请先参见《Signing in, and what your role can do》中的说明),同时实时显示各阶段报价单的数量,并列出最近更新的报价单。这里的 + New quote 按钮可以开始一份新报价单。
Orders Orders(订单)
Every quote and order you've created for your customers, each showing its stage. Click a row to open it, or click + New quote to start another. Admin accounts also get a Show hidden quotes toggle here — see Signing in, and what your role can do. 展示你为客户创建的每一份报价单和订单,并标注各自所处的阶段。点击任意一行即可打开该订单,或点击 + New quote 开始新的一份。admin 账号在这里还能看到 Show hidden quotes 开关——详见《Signing in, and what your role can do》。
Customers Customers(客户)
Your own retail customer book, private to this store — never shared with your wholesaler or any other store. + Add customer creates one; search by name, phone or email, and switch between Active and Archived with the tabs above the list. 你自己的零售客户档案,仅归本店铺所有——不会与你的批发商或其他任何店铺共享。点击 + Add customer 新增客户;可以按姓名、电话或邮箱搜索,并通过列表上方的标签页在 Active 与 Archived 之间切换。
Reports Reports(报表)
Worth knowing before you go looking here: this is not a working report. The page is titled "Reports — part of the full order management system" and describes what's shown as "a preview of the sales reporting the full system adds" — every figure on it is static sample data, clearly labelled SAMPLE, not your store's own. 在打开这个页面之前,有一点需要了解:它并不是一份真正可用的报表。页面标题写着 "Reports — part of the full order management system",并把内容描述为 "a preview of the sales reporting the full system adds"(完整系统所提供销售报表的预览)——上面的所有数字都是静态示例数据,明确标注为 SAMPLE,并非你店铺自己的数据。
Settings (admin only) Settings(仅限 admin)
Hidden from sales accounts entirely. Three tabs: Store profile (your store's identity and bank details, shown on printed quotes and invoices), Curtain settings (the pricing inputs used when quoting a curtain line — nothing here is shown to your customer), and Activity log (a permanent record of quotes hidden, restored or force-changed, and customers archived or restored). sales 账号完全看不到这一项。其中有三个标签页:Store profile(你店铺的身份信息与银行账户,会显示在打印出的报价单和发票上)、Curtain settings(用于报价的定价参数——这里的内容都不会展示给你的客户),以及 Activity log(永久记录哪些报价单被隐藏、恢复或强制变更过,哪些客户被归档或恢复过)。
